1. Voucher Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Eligibility
Vouchers can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before the voucher expiration date
- Before the voucher has been redeemed
- Within 24 hours of purchase (for immediate cancellation)
- If the merchant is no longer available or has closed
- Due to technical issues on our platform
1.2 Non-Cancellable Vouchers
The following vouchers cannot be cancelled:
- Vouchers that have already been redeemed
- Expired vouchers
- Vouchers purchased during promotional periods (unless specified)
- Vouchers that have been partially used
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:
- Successful cancellation: Full refund of points to wallet
- Merchant unavailability: Full refund of points to wallet
- Technical issues: Full refund of points to wallet
- Failed transactions: Refund to original payment method
- Duplicate purchases: Refund of duplicate amount
2.2 Refund Process
Our refund process follows these steps:
- Submit refund request through the app or contact support
- Review and verification of refund eligibility (1-2 business days)
- Processing of refund to original payment method or wallet
- Confirmation email with refund details
2.3 Refund Timeline
Refund Processing Times:
- Wallet Points: Immediate (within 24 hours)
- UPI Refunds: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
3. Points Refund Policy
3.1 Points Refund Rules
When vouchers are cancelled, points are refunded as follows:
- Points are credited back to your Bartr wallet
- Original point value is restored (no deduction)
- Points maintain their original expiration date
- Refunded points can be used for other vouchers
3.2 Points Expiration
Important points about point expiration:
- Refunded points retain their original expiration date
- Points expire after 12 months of inactivity
- No extension is provided for refunded points
- Use refunded points before expiration
4. Cancellation Process
4.1 How to Cancel a Voucher
To cancel a voucher, follow these steps:
- Open the Bartr app and go to "My Vouchers"
- Select the voucher you want to cancel
- Tap "Cancel Voucher" option
- Confirm cancellation in the popup
- Points will be refunded to your wallet immediately
4.2 Contact Support for Cancellation
If you cannot cancel through the app, contact our support team:

- Provide voucher ID and reason for cancellation
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.):
- All affected vouchers will be automatically cancelled
- Full refunds will be processed
- No cancellation fees will be charged
- Extended validity may be offered for future purchases
5.2 Merchant Issues
If a merchant becomes unavailable:
- All vouchers for that merchant will be cancelled
- Full refunds will be processed automatically
- Alternative merchants may be suggested
- Compensation may be offered for inconvenience
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision:
- Contact our customer support team first
- Provide all relevant details and documentation
- Escalate to our dispute resolution team if needed
- Final decision will be communicated within 7 business days
