How do I add points to my wallet?

You can add points to your wallet using UPI, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets. For every ₹1 you pay, you get 10 points in your wallet.

How do I redeem a voucher?

To redeem a voucher, open the voucher in the app, generate the QR code, and let the merchant scan it at their location. The voucher will be automatically redeemed.

Can I cancel a voucher after purchase?

Yes, you can cancel vouchers before they expire and before redemption. Cancelled vouchers will refund points to your wallet immediately.

What happens if a merchant is not available?

If a merchant becomes unavailable, all vouchers for that merchant will be automatically cancelled and points will be refunded to your wallet.

How long do points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Make sure to use your points before they expire!
